Jake: How long have you lived in the area?
Liam: 45 years

Jake: What’s a fond memory you have of living here?
Liam: Being on first dart into Dublin centre in 84 from Bray.

Jake: Have you seen this community come back from hard times before?
Liam: The seafront fell into a bad state during 70s/80s, the regeneration now is great.

Jake: What message do you want to leave for yourself and this community in 10 years time?
Liam: Town will recover and new shopping centre will be a huge success.
