Ava wrote this poem titled ‘Unbreakable’ as her creative response to the discussion she had with Sheila about their community, her past and the importance of family.
Sheila was interviewed by her granddaughter Ava:
I had an absolutely lovely experience with the time machine project. It was wonderful to know what life like years ago and how our grandparents felt throughout covid-19. This shared experience has since brought us closer than we were before.
